Summer of 2017 is gone...

The main season of my job as a guide is ending with more than 100 days in the mountains! Missing my guests and huts already, feeling sad `cause time passed so fast...

It’s hard to spend most of the time in a year in the mountains without reaching deep questions which have always been there, waiting for those who stay awake in cold stormy nights… Now I can understand those tough mountain people who lived there all the time…
One season can teach you a lot about that thing we call life… Mountains told me about our misconception of reality – how everything changes, so quickly, and always unexpectedly…
There is something holy in the mountain sun, you appreciate its warmth, but you also fall in love with cold breeze and restless moments, and you don’t just enjoy them, but become one with them. Than you don’t measure yourself by the things you own, but by the moments and feelings you have… The places you visited hold memories for your next return, just to show you how you’ve changed, yet the mountain always stays the same. Now I see how life is short, the mountain doesn’t care about you and me, it’ll always be there, for someone new; and you shouldn’t care too. Now I just wanna be that moment in the cold night and have a chance to wake up once again in a hut, and to wait for the morning sun.
