Hiking, mushrooms and joy of the forest...
The weather forecast was bad, but we had to get out of town, so a small team was gathered to take a walk to Durmitor, and hunting for mushrooms and wild edibles could start!
We spent the first part of the day walking past the coniferous forest near Zminjeg Lake, collecting everything we could store and eat later. Unlike last year, this summer marked a lot of precipitation, especially in the north, which created the ideal conditions for the growth of these forest beings.

Bjelasica - Jezerine - Goleš - Biogradsko jezero
Yesterday we were on Bjelasica - we started from the ski center Jezerina, the last Vranjak katun, went to Ogorela's head (1988mnm), made a short break in the Katol Goleš and continued to Biogradsko Lake. All in all - a perfect day!
The weather is unusual for this time of year, with some snow left on higher elevations and a very high water level of the lake. We walked at a slow pace and made a lot of breaks, enjoying the views of the Komovi, the Morača Mountains, the Blue Mountains, and we even saw Durmitor and Ljubišnja.

Forest part of Sinjajevina mountain!
The end of 2015 was marked by a light hiking tour of Sinjajevina - the day was short and the temperature was low as soon as the sun started to set, and my task was to organize a tour for a mixed team of less experienced mountaineers.
We started walking on the Crkvine, following the river Bistrica to its spring, and then the bay between the Rogodjed and the beam went out to the Barski katun, and then to Mioski katun, which is at the foot of the Umovi peak.

Hum Orahovski and one warm winter day!
We used very warm, sunny day in a middle of winter to go hiking! The best option for big group was ascend to summit Hum Orahovski, which is great for those who are hiking in show for the first time. The view from the summit is amazing - on one side is Podgorica with Skadar lake, and on the other side are Kuchi mountains, border with Albania and Prokletije....
